Create an account and log in
Choose Sign up at the top of any page, enter your email and a password, and type the code we email you. You can browse without an account; you need one to watch events, save searches, or post for your team.

Section titled “Sign up”-
Choose Sign up in the top bar.

Enter your name, email address, and a password, then select Create account. If the page has Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft, you can use that account instead and skip the password.

Check your email for a 6-character code and enter it under Code from the email, or use the Confirm my email button in the message. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive in a few minutes; Send a new code sends another.

You land on the Welcome page. Pick your school or club, add it if it isn’t listed, or choose Continue without an organization if you’re a parent or fan. See Join or add your organization.
If someone invited you to their organization, open the link in the invite email first and choose Create an account there, with the email address the invite was sent to. There’s no code to enter when you sign up with the invited address. After you sign up you come back to the invite and can accept it. See Invite page.
Log in and out
Section titled “Log in and out”- Choose Log in in the top bar and enter your email, then your password (or select Use your passkey if you have one). If you signed up with Google or Microsoft, select its Continue with button. After you log in, you return to the page you were on. From the home page, you go to Your state if you’ve set one on your Account Settings page.
- You stay logged in on that browser. If you don’t use the app for 30 days, you’ll be asked to log in again.
- To log out, open the account menu (the person icon at the top right) and choose Log Out.
- Forgot your password? Select Forgot password? on the login page. We email you a link to choose a new one. See Log in, sign up, and reset pages.
Password, passkeys, and two-step verification
Section titled “Password, passkeys, and two-step verification”You change your password, add a passkey, set up an authenticator app, and change your email address under Security in Account Settings. Open Account Settings from the account menu and choose Security on the left. See Account Settings: Security.
Two-step verification is optional for most people. Site admins must use it to open the site admin tools. See Security.
Your profile and emails
Section titled “Your profile and emails”Account Settings has a menu on the left:
- Profile: your name, title (for example Head coach), phone, and Your state. The phone is the default contact on events you post. Your state is the state you land on when you log in from the home page.
- Organizations: the ones you belong to, with Join an organization and Add an organization.
- Email Notifications: a switch for each kind of email the app sends, and Weekly summary instead, which puts all your saved search and post emails into one Monday email, whatever each one is set to.
- Security: your password, passkeys, authenticator app, Google or Microsoft, and email address.
- Data: Download my data and Delete account. See Email notifications.
