Website embed
The embed puts your team’s upcoming schedule on your school or club website: the events your organization hosts and the ones your team is going to. It updates by itself when you post or change events, or mark your team attending. Contributors and admins get the code from the organization page.
Add it to your website
Section titled “Add it to your website”- Open your organization’s page.
- Choose Calendar in the organization’s menu on the left, then look under On Your Website.
- Next to Embed code, select Copy. A preview of the list shows below it.
- Paste the code into your website where you want the list to appear. Most site builders have an “embed” or “HTML” block for this. If someone else runs the website, send them the code and this page.
The code looks like this:

Section titled “What it shows”- Each upcoming event, soonest first, with its dates, name, and city.
- Hosting on events your organization hosts; at and the host’s name on the others.
- Events your team is going to: ones a contributor or admin marked We’re attending on the event page, or that the host added your team to. If the host takes your team off the list, the event leaves your schedule too.
- A small status tag on events that aren’t Open, like Near capacity, Full, or Cancelled.
- Each event name links to its full page, opening in a new tab.
- A footer, “Listed on Wrestling Aide”, linking to your organization page.
- “No upcoming events for … yet” when there’s nothing to show.
Events hidden after reports don’t appear.
Options
Section titled “Options”Add options to the end of the src address, after a ?. Join more than one with &.

Change height in the code to fit your page. The list scrolls inside the frame when it’s taller.
Rules and limits
Section titled “Rules and limits”- Only an organization’s own schedule. There’s no embed for a search or saved search.
- Up to 100 events.
- The list can take up to five minutes to reflect a change.
- The list is plain HTML with no scripts.
Where to find it
Section titled “Where to find it”The organization’s Calendar page, under On Your Website. It’s only shown to the organization’s contributors and admins, but the embed address itself is public.
