Members page
The Members page is where an organization’s admins manage who belongs to it. Open it with Members in the left menu of the organization page. Only admins can use it; anyone else sees “You need to be an admin of this organization to manage members.”
Use Overview in the organization’s menu to go back.
When the site admin manages an organization for support, a note says the changes are recorded in the audit log.
Requests to join
Section titled “Requests to join”Each pending request is a card with the person’s name, email, title, and their note if they left one. Pick a Role and select Approve as … (the button names the role), or select the × (Decline). The role starts at Contributor, so approved coaches can post events right away; pick View for someone who should only look.
Approving or declining takes effect right away, and the page confirms it: “Jamie Smith was approved.” With nothing waiting, the section says “No pending requests.”
A request nobody answers for 7 days sends the admins a reminder. After 21 days it closes on its own, and the person is told to ask for an invite.
Members
Section titled “Members”A reminder of what each role can do:
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| View | Sees everything. |
| Contributor | Also posts and edits events and posts, marks attending, and joins wait lists. |
| Admin | Also manages members. |
If the organization has fewer than two admins, a tip suggests making a second person admin so the organization isn’t stuck if you step away. See Roles.
The table lists each member’s Name, Email, Title, and Role. The Role column is a menu: pick a new role and confirm. Taking away your own admin role warns you that you’ll no longer manage members or settings. Remove asks you to confirm, then takes the person out of the organization.
Invite someone
Section titled “Invite someone”Enter an Email, pick a Role (it starts at Contributor), and select Send invite. The person gets an email with a link to the invite page. Accepting it adds them with that role, with no request step. The invite only works for that email address, so use the address the coach logs in with.
Invites that haven’t been used are listed below the form with the email, role, and the date they expire (14 days after sending). The ban icon (Revoke) asks you to confirm, then cancels one; the link in that email stops working.
On a phone
Section titled “On a phone”A request card’s role menu and buttons move under the person’s details. The members table keeps its columns, so swipe sideways to reach Role and Remove. The invite form’s fields wrap onto separate lines.
