Follow events as a parent or fan

You can find every event, with its registration link and flyer, without an account. A free account adds Watch, saved searches, a private calendar feed, and Message the host for questions. You don’t need to belong to a school or club.

  1. Open Events and pick Youth and club, Middle school, or High school in the Level dropdown at the top of the filters on the left. Youth and club has club events all year; the school levels follow the school season. On a phone, tap Filters in the results bar to open the filters.

  2. On Youth and club, open More filters and type your wrestler’s birth year in Born in to see their age division this season (for example 10U this season), then tap Show 10U to filter by it.

  3. Under More filters, type your ZIP code or town in Distance from, or tap Use my location, then pick Within to keep results close to home.

  4. Open an event for the details: Register (the host’s own sign-up), the registration deadline, entry fee, the day’s times, membership required, the flyer, and Directions.

Choose Sign up, confirm your email with the code, and on the Welcome page choose Continue without an organization. See Create an account and log in.

On an event page, tap Watch. It changes to Watching, and you get an email. If you weren’t logged in, Log in to watch brings you back to the event already watched.

  • when the event’s status changes, for example from Full back to Open, or to Cancelled
  • about three days before registration closes, with a link to register

Tap Watching again to stop. Watched events are listed on Saved Searches under Events You’re Watching. Once an event is over, you can’t watch it, and it drops off your list about a week later.

Set up a search on Events (for example Youth, 10U, within 1 hr drive), then choose Save search in the results bar.

  • Give it a Name.
  • Under Email me, pick As soon as something matches or Once a day, in the morning.
  • Leave Also when a full event opens up again on to hear when a full event reopens.
  • Under Dates, pick Any upcoming date, The rest of this season, Next season, or the dates you picked.

You get an email for each new event that matches. Manage them on Saved Searches: change how often they email, pause one with On, open it with the magnifying glass, or delete it with the trash can. Every saved search email has a Stop these emails link. See Saved searches.

What Where Needs an account
One event Add to calendar on the event page downloads a file for Google, Apple, or Outlook calendars No
A school’s or club’s events Subscribe in your calendar on the organization’s page No
Events you watch Saved Searches > Events You’re Watching > Subscribe in your calendar Yes
Events matching a saved search Saved Searches > open the saved search’s Calendar Feed Yes

Subscribed calendars update themselves as events are added or changed. Registration deadlines appear as their own all-day entries. Your watched-events and saved search addresses are private to you: if you shared one by mistake, choose Make a new address and the old one stops working. See Calendars.

On Account Settings > Email Notifications, turn off Changes to events I’m watching, Registration deadline reminders, or Saved searches: new matching events and teams to stop that kind of email everywhere. Turn on Weekly summary instead to get all saved search matches in one email on Monday mornings; to get one saved search’s matches once a day, set it to Daily digest on the Saved Searches page.
