Does the app handle registration, brackets, or payment?

Section titled “Does the app handle registration, brackets, or payment?”

No. It’s a posting board. Events link to the host’s own registration and bracket sites. You reach hosts with Message the host, or with the email and phone on events whose host chose to show them. See Messages.

Why can’t I see the host’s email or phone?

Section titled “Why can’t I see the host’s email or phone?”

Each event and team post chooses how coaches reach it. Most keep their email and phone private, so you use Message the host (or Message this team) instead. You need to be logged in. The reply comes by email and in Messages. See Messages.

Turn off the switches under Email Notifications on your Account Settings page, and use Stop these emails at the bottom of any saved search email. Emails the app sends lists every email and its switch.

How do I delete my account or get a copy of my data?

Section titled “How do I delete my account or get a copy of my data?”

Open Account Settings > Data and choose Download my data or Delete account. Deleting removes your profile, memberships, saved searches, and login. Events you posted stay with your organization. If you’re an organization’s only admin, its longest-standing contributor (or member) becomes admin and gets an email. See Account Settings page.

Can the app tell me when a new event is posted?

Section titled “Can the app tell me when a new event is posted?”

Does “We’re attending” or the wait list save my spot?

Section titled “Does “We’re attending” or the wait list save my spot?”

No. We’re attending only tells other coaches you’re going. The wait list tells the host you want in and emails you if spots open, but the host decides who gets a spot. Register with the host as usual. See Teams attending and Wait list.

Why are the distances straight-line miles instead of drive times?

Section titled “Why are the distances straight-line miles instead of drive times?”

Drive times need an extra service the site admin may not have turned on. Without it, the app shows straight-line miles, such as “about 45 mi (straight line)”. See Distance and drive time.

Choose Post an event at the top of the Events page (or Post event on My Events), fill in the form, and select Post event. It’s public right away, and coaches whose saved searches match get an email. See Post an event and fill it with teams.

Three different coaches reported a problem with it, so it’s hidden for now and you got an email. Check the details, choose Edit, and save. That puts it back up. See New organizations and reports.

Another coach at my school posted the event. Can I edit it?

Section titled “Another coach at my school posted the event. Can I edit it?”

Yes, if you’re a contributor or admin of the same organization. Events belong to the organization, so anyone who posts for it can keep them current, even after the original poster leaves.

Open the event and tap Near capacity or Full in the status buttons at the top, or do the same on My Events. You can also answer the check-in email: pick a status and confirm it on the page that opens. See Event status.

No. Choose More, then Cancel Event instead, so teams that planned on it see the change. Cancelled events stay on your organization’s list and are hidden from search by default.

How do I see who’s interested in my event?

Section titled “How do I see who’s interested in my event?”

The My Events page shows teams attending, teams looking that fit, watchers, the wait list, and views for each event. The event page shows the same counts, except views, to your organization’s contributors and admins.

How do I reach teams that are looking for an event?

Dates with the type Postseason and dates with Counts toward season limits turned off don’t count. The limits are set for your whole state by the site admin.

The host changed an event that’s on my schedule. What happens?

Section titled “The host changed an event that’s on my schedule. What happens?”

Fields you never set follow the host. For a field you set yourself (name, date, venue, address, or bracket link), the change waits on the date’s Host changes tab. Accept takes the host’s value and Decline keeps yours. You get a notification under the bell, and anything still waiting is listed in Monday’s digest email. See Host changes.

On Our Season, choose List publicly on a home date (it reads Find opponents for a dual, tri, or quad with no opponents yet). It opens the post event form filled in from the date. Nothing is public until you post it.

It depends on birth year only. For 2026-27, a wrestler born in 2017 or 2018 is 10U. See the full table in Age divisions.
